Job Summary: We are seeking a visionary and strategic Vice President for a high-impact project focused on system upgrades and modernisation in the cash equity market.
Job Duties: - Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service offerings, system performance, and scalability.
- Lead and collaborate with stakeholders to analyse requirements and propose solutions to mitigate risk.
- Oversee the design and validation of solutions with comprehensive business
- specifications and use cases.
- Establish and uphold communications with key stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and the adoption of best practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards and the latest market landscape.
- Drive strategic and service improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that project milestones and deliverables are met within the established timelines and budget constraints.
Job Requirements:
- University Degree, preferably in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- At least 12 years of relevant working experience in a well-established financial
- organization. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a business analyst, project manager,
- or in a similar capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of CCASS or the cash equity market in Hong Kong or overseas
- markets is highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
