Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and manage master data to ensure high data quality for the APAC region
  • Adhere to company-wide data governance standards and support digitalization efforts across the supply chain and business entities
  • Perform master data processing tasks with a focus on accuracy and excellence
  • Ensure compliance with data quality governance policies
  • Support continuous process improvement and re-engineering of master data processes, including the adoption of future cloud-based technologies
  • Participate in regional and global projects, such as data cleansing, data migration, and project hypercare, as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in master data management within a multinational organization.
  • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive, able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
  • Prior experience in data management or supply chain management is preferred
  • Hands-on experience with SAP is an advantage
  • Project management experience is beneficial
