Senior Vice President/ Vice President – Loan Sales/Syndication, Loan Capital Markets

Job Responsibilities:

• Looking for a driven individual with credit sales experience to join the Loan Capital Markets team
• Great opportunity particularly for those looking to move into a front office role and work with an experienced team in the Asian credit space
• Execution of a wide range of credit financings across Asia Pacific with a focus on Greater China. Key responsibilities include: deal syndication to FIs and other classes of investors (with more focus on high yield mezzanine investors), help in getting feedback for negotiation of terms and pricing, conducting investor on-boarding and KYC, post-closing investor relation management and servicing
• Opportunity to further grow into the role learning more about financial analysis and modelling, credit and market analysis, risk-manage credit structures, and deal origination

Job Specification:

• The candidate must have minimum 5 years loan sales/syndication experience with IB or commercial banks, preferably coming on-board with good contacts and client base of mezzanine investors.
• As the types of deals to be covered range widely from performing loans to distressed and special situations, experience across different capital markets (FICC/equity) or deal natures (lending, securities issuances, derivatives, restructurings) will be considered favourably
• Understanding China credit market, experience in FICC structuring is a plus
• Good command of both Chinese and English. Fluency in Mandarin is a must.
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Candidates who have out-going personality will be preferred.
