Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing industry and company research, financial analysis, due diligence, financial modeling and valuation activities;
- Preparing investment recommendation memorandums and other supporting analysis materials to investment committee;
- Working with senior team members in transaction execution;
- Maintain & develop good relationships with clients;
- Coordinate with post-investment team on monitoring performance of portfolio companies;
- Complying with any internal and external regulations and companys policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or higher in Finance, Economics or other relevant disciplines;
- 1-3 years experience in investment banking, consulting, big four accounting firm (transaction services), research or private equity or other relevant experience;
- CFA/CPA qualification preferable;
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
- Solid financial modelling and valuation skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to form effective working relationships;
- Proactive in taking responsibilities and able to multi-task;
- Passionate and motivated to contribute to investment field;
- Fluency in English and Mandarinï¼›both written and verbal communication skills;
- Capability of working closely with team members and delivering quality work under tight schedules.
