Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain communication with Head Office, prepare management reports to Head Office and follow up on the initiatives from Head Office;
- Draft and update policies and procedures reflecting the necessary regulatory developments or internal requirements
- Handle internal investigation and disciplinary actions on compliance related matters;
- Advise business units in compliance with policies and guidelines.
- Perform regular compliance check, monitoring and handling surveillance related matters;
- Handle staff dealing, outside appointment and compliance declaration related matters, staff training and internal reporting;
- Perform other compliance works and ad hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
- University degree
- At least 5 years relevant experience
- Excellent command of written Chinese
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, responsible and fast paced work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
