Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Sales Team, Legal, Compliance and Risk to design and implement new funds;
- Implement fund lifecycle changes including liquidations, transitions, restructures, and investment strategy changes impacting the existing funds;
- Liaise with external parties, as appropriate, for successful delivery of the initiative. Key contact points may include legal advisors, custodians and fund admins;
- Communicate effectively and timely with senior management to keep them informed of initiative status and key developments;
- Provide client service support on customer enquiries and client data management;Provide support for regular administrative works of the department
​Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills:
- Strong project management, organization, and execution skills.
- Good knowledge of fund structures, fund life-cycle events and related regulations.
- Exceptional critical thinking, analytical skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
- Preferably with experience in Asset Management.
- Prior experience in Client Service, Operations, or Business Management is a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin), Cantonese would be valuable.
