Retail Distribution
Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With around 255 branches and automated banking centres, including around 50 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population in Hong Kong while offering an extensive range of products to our valued customers.
We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our department as Senior Distribution Innovation and Experience Manager.

Principal responsibilities
  • Works with the Department Head in formulating strategies to reshape Branch channel incorporating technology and working with innovation partners
  • Accountable for leading new technology or streamlining projects, implementation, review and successful rollout at Branch
  • Focuses on revamping customer experience in key journeys at Branch
  • Accountable for branch and customer feedback on operational effectiveness and efficiency and in carrying out streamlining projects to cater to those feedbacks
  • Analysis and interpretation of customer footprint and behavior at Branch to understand customer patterns for designing better customer journeys
  • Plan and execute counter transaction migration initiatives to drive servicing transactions to automated channels
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in project management in banking and familiar with the operation processes of automated channels
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities
  • Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation. Sound problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
