VP, Rewards, Human Resources Department
Key Accountabilities
* Responsible for upholding or updating human resources policies to meet the requirements of the head office, firmwide business direction and market practices;
* Compensation: Coordinate, participate and handle annual salary and benefit projects, including annual salary increases and promotions; Serve as an internal consultant to handle salary questionnaires and regularly re-examine the salary structure;
* Benefits: Lead the processing of benefits and insurance renewals, and ensure the process complies with internal guidelines and legislation;
* Prepare management reports and analyzes on a regular basis;
* Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Skills & Experience
* Bachelor degree or above;
* Familiar with the Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations of financial institutions;
* Over 5 years of professional experience in Compensation and Benefits in multinational companies or financial institutions;
* Proficient in office software such as Word, PPT, Excel, and fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;
* Good organizational and communications skills, language expression skills, strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills;
* Able to work independently and withstand pressure.
