Job Description: Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Digital Solution Delivery team. This role is crucial in supporting the digital foundation and common services of our digital frontend application. The ideal candidate will drive and standardize various digital common services that serve as digital enablers to support our new digital platform, ensuring fast, stable, and cost-efficient solutions while maintaining a high standard of digital experience.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team responsible for digital common services, including API gateway, payment gateway, and application integration services.
- Develop and implement strategies to standardize and optimize digital common services, and promote the usage to drive cost efficiency.
- Ensure the architecture effectively translates from enterprise architecture level into proper solutions that can be built and delivered by development teams and vendors.
- Play a key role in early project stages to define appropriate solutions and estimate efforts, minimizing potential gaps during delivery.
- Uphold and improve service standards for common services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital solutions with business objectives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in digital solutions.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical and leadership skills.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in digital solution delivery, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in solution architecture and enterprise architecture.
- Extensive knowledge of API management, payment systems, and application integration services.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex digital projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Desired Skills: - Certifications in relevant technologies or project management (e.g., AWS, Azure, PMP, TOGAF).
- Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
