Sponsor Principal, Corporate Finance, IBD

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of IPOs and other equity capital market transactions, overseeing all aspects from initial discussions to final execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic advice and ensuring their needs are met throughout the transaction process.
• Coordinate comprehensive due diligence efforts, ensuring that all financial, legal, and regulatory requirements are addressed.
• Oversee the preparation of key documents, including prospectuses, offering memoranda, and regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Work closely with internal teams, including legal, compliance, and marketing, to deliver high-quality and timely results..
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
• Participate in business development initiatives, including pitch meetings and client presentations, to attract new business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in corporate finance, with a strong focus on IPOs and equity capital markets; prior experience in a sponsor role is highly desirable.
• Sponsor principal license is a must.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus.
