Responsibilities
  • Digital Business Development: Assist in identifying opportunities for digital solutions, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and support initiatives to grow our digital offerings across multiple channels
  • Market Research & Strategy: Participate in research to understand client needs and industry trends. Work with regional stakeholders to design digital propositions that address client requirements
  • Client Proposals & Presentations: Assist in preparing client-facing materials such as request-for-proposals (RFPs) responses and presentations to highlight our digital offerings
  • Client Success Management: Support client interactions post-implementation to ensure satisfaction, collect feedback, and identify areas for improvement
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to co-create digital solutions that align with organizational goals and drive value for clients
  • Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Assist in analysing data to generate actionable insights, measure performance, and support data-driven decision-making
Requirements
  • Professional Experience: At least 4 years of experience in digital solutions, global markets, or a related field, with a keen interest in digital transformation
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with APIs, middleware, or similar technologies is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential
  • Client Engagement Expertise: Strong communication skills and an ability to engage and influence clients and stakeholders
  • Personal Attributes: A proactive, self-motivated team player with an eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyse data and contribute to strategic decision-making
