Commercial Banking - Corporate Wealth and Sales Management

Hang Seng's Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies.
For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Manager (Senior), Corporate Wealth.
Principal responsibilities
  • Identify business opportunities through direct customer contact and referral to maximize the sales and penetration of investment and insurance products to target customer segment
  • Provide high quality investment and insurance services to selected corporate customers to anchor the relationship base and build loyalty with our customers
  • Conduct marketing activities of investment and insurance business for commercial banking customers
  • Work closely with relationship managers to identify customer needs and promote investment and insurance services to suitable customers
  • Achieve assigned income target to contribute to both individual and team performance
  • Build and manage portfolio of investment and insurance customers, maintain good customer relationship and provide quality after-sales services
  • Develop and implement effective initiatives to deliver business results, build and enhance product portfolio
  • Support Team Head in sales management and maintain good relationship and provide quality after-sales service to customer
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines with minimum of 5 years relevant working experience
  • Good knowledge of investment products and strong technical competency with good knowledge of the investment market and economic environment. Preferably a CFP or CFA.
  • Passes in HKSI Licensing Examination for HKMA RI Type 1, 4, 7 registrations and passes all relevant papers of Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination
  • Strong self-motivation with good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
  • Good sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua and other dialects an advantage
