Key Responsibilities: - Provide project management to IT Application department's non-development related project(s), e.g., new service contract, existing contract renewal, etc.,
- Support the internal management of IT Application department, to centralize following up internal BAU issue within the department with relevant team heads.
- Administrative and operational support to the PMO & Project Governance teams
- Maintain PMO documentation, coordinate meetings and training
- Assist to extend Project Governance and PMO methodology to overseas branches and subsidiaries
Requirements - Bachelor's in business administration, project management, IT , or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience as Project analyst or Project Manager
- Background preferred in banking
- Deadline-sensitive and ability to work independently and under pressure
- Proficiency in MS office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project)
