Overview A rare opportunity has arisen for a Head of Unsecured Lending at an established bank. Your role will be to provide overall strategic leadership and strategy with the goal of becoming the bank of choice for Retail Banking and Unsecured Lending clients in Hong Kong.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide overall strategic leadership, KPI setting and driving Unsecured Lending in Hong Kong
- Lead a Large Section and tactfully work across all stakeholders for internal approval in order to execute transactions,
- Complete various reports for senior management / CE including pipeline forecasting and monthly cross-selling income and deal tracking
- Provide oversight and be accountable to the account opening process including any necessary documentation for new and existing accounts;
Requirements:
- 16 years Unsecured / Retail Banking experience from a major reputable banking institution, with a minimum of 10 years management experience
- Exceptional leadership capabilities and management track record
- Experience in Unsecured Lending Products and track record in the growth of a portfolio, in particular Retail Banking Banking segment clients
- Experience covering clients across various industries
- Product knowledge in loans and cross-selling;
- Strong Academics from a reputable University
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
