Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively marketing institutional clients for fixed income products, expanding client base and increasing sales revenues;
- Successfully distributing primary fixed income bonds and efficiently marketing execution for secondary flow trades to support clients and traders;
- Actively organize roadshows, client meetings and other related activities to assist clients and improve sales and trading volumes;
- Working on client on boarding documents necessary for setting up new accounts and keeping existing accounts active;
- Working on potential and exiting CIBM clients to enter into China Bond Market for CNY internationalization;
- Supporting Team and Department Head for administrative matters;
- Comply with any internal and external regulations and companys policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Marketing or other relevant majors;
- At least 2-7 year experiences in offshore institutional fixed income sales experience with existing client base and solid execution skills, understanding market conventions and compliance requests;
- Passionate and motivated to contribute to fixed income sales field;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to form effective working relationships;
- Proactive in taking responsibilities and be able to multi-tasking;
- Fluency in English and Mandarin; Cantonese a plus. Both written and verbal communication skills;
- Capability of working closely with team members and delivering quality work under tight schedules;
- CFA/CPA qualification preferable.
