This is a full 360 recruitment role of candidate generation and business development position open to fresh graduates.
Qualifications
- Previous recruitment background desirable and ideally from Technology but other sectors may be considered
- Hungry to succeed and have a positive attitude towards business development and generating new leads
- Ability to work under pressure
- A results orientated person who is professional and target driven
- Ability to influence people, sell ideas and concepts and gain commitment
- Team player with a flexible and confident approach to work
- Ability to prioritize and manage own workload in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Good command in Chinese and English
