To maximise capacity and identify growth opportunities for the future, they are now seeking for a Presales Director to drive their business forward.
About the role
Reporting to the CEO, you will guide and lead the pre-sales and engineering team, empowering them to develop and maintain impactful relationships within the partner ecosystem, fostering mutual growth and business success for the organization. As a technical lead, you will need to ensure your team is able to identify and capitalize on opportunities within infrastructure, cloud and security market, driving joint business goals and expanding the company's market presence. You will lead the pre-sales function, managing a team of Solution Engineers, Technical Consultants, and other pre-sales professionals and act as a technical advisor to key prospects and customers, providing strategic insights into how our solutions can solve their business challenges. This role is critical in driving the technical aspects of the sales process, working closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure potential customers fully understand the value of our solutions. You will be responsible for developing pre-sales strategies, creating customer-specific demonstrations, and ensuring the team effectively supports sales in driving deals to closure.Guide the development of tailor-made solutions and joint proposals, ensuring mutual alignment and contributing to revenue targets.. Promote an environment where all team members feel valued and supported, championing best practices in partner engagement and strategic planning
The Successful applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
- 8+ years of experience in managed services, partner management, managed service, cloud migration, infrastructure and cyber security solution
- Strong background in developing and executing strategies for partner engagement and success, ideally within technology or cloud environments
- Excellent relationship-building skills with an ability to engage and influence senior leaders across diverse partner organizations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to articulate both business and technical value to a wide range of audiences
- Commitment to inclusivity and fostering a diverse, equitable team environment
- Good command in English and Chinese
