Responsibilities:
- Assist Digital Product Owners in creating and prioritizing backlogs for various digital solutions.
- Clarify business requirements and stakeholder expectations for delivery.
- Develop business requirement documents and user stories.
- Participate in design reviews and walkthroughs to communicate system designs and validate proposed solutions.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure alignment with the Business Requirement Document and User Stories.
- Maintain strong relationships with business users to ensure satisfaction with the technology team.
- Ensure seamless integration of new system changes with business processes.
- Create training materials and conduct user training for system implementation.
- Coordinate support for corporate-wide cross-functional projects.
- Track key project milestones and adopt new Agile practices and methodologies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by managers to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services sector, preferably in insurance.
- Strong experience in digital application management as a Business Analyst is preferred.
- Familiarity with regional settings and a proven track record of delivering results in regional markets.
- Good understanding of both technology and business; a technical background is advantageous.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders through a good understanding of business objectives and the services they require.
- Experience working in Agile, or knowledge of its key principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Capacity to deliver results in short timeframes and adapt to changing conditions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
