Principal Responsibilities
- Client Service Management: Ensure optimal levels of client service. Maintain accurate and timely deliverables for clients.
- Fund Administration Oversight: Review and authorize operating procedures for fund accounting, valuation, and compliance monitoring.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor fund administrators, ensuring they meet their objectives and maintain high performance standards.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive service excellence and operational efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Assess existing systems and processes, identifying enhancement needs to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Reporting & Compliance: Support the preparation of annual reports, financial statements, and other relevant documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Training & Development: Assist in coaching and training team members to enhance their capabilities and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in fund administration within the financial services industry.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of fund administration processes, investment compliance, and accounting practices.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong team player credentials.
Additional Information
- Candidates with prior experience at HSBC, SC, or DBS will be given preference.
