Roles and Responsibilities: - Design and customize digital and technology solutions to support the operating model of Business Partners
- Lead the digital projects to ensure project deliverables completed in decent quality and within timeline & budget
- Align delivery priorities with business aspirations and manage stakeholder expectations
- Drive change management for new digital solution roll out
- Manage maintenance of digital platforms and ongoing enhancement
- Review and integrate different digital platforms and application to streamline the process for NB application and post sales servicing for Business Partners
- Manage daily operation support of digital platforms for Business Partners including communication and trouble-shooting fix with relevant stakeholders
- Drive adoption of digital tools by Business Partners
- Perform regular review on utilization, performance, service standard and identify enhancement areas
- Create digital and technology related initiatives to drive business & department strategy and achieve operation efficiency
- Monitor market trend and emerging technologies and conduct market research to drive digital innovation and transformation
- Lead ad hoc projects and assignments
Minimum Job Requirements: - University/College graduate with 8 years' relevant working experiences
- Experience in insurance or financial institution preferred
- Curious and courageous to share innovative ideas
- Strong organizing and management skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Good written and spoken English and Cantonese and Mandarin
- Detail-minded with strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
- Good team player with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong sense of ownership and effectively manage tight timelines
- Proactive and independent
- Project management experience
- Proven vendor management experience
