About the role As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the ERP system implementation project while supporting the finance function, including financial reporting and operational reviews.
Responsibilities - Lead and manage the ERP system implementation project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide training and support to finance staff on the new system processes.
- Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements as necessary.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Assist in managing ad hoc projects as needed to support the finance function.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
