  • Manage end-to-end digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, with a strong background in digital transformation.
  • Proven track record in leading CX transformation projects for digital platforms.
  • Experience working with vendors and managing third-party service providers.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, UX/UI principles, and customer journey optimization.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP, Agile, or relevant certifications are a plus.
