Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end development of life insurance products, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with market demands and business objectives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the life insurance market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including actuarial, marketing, underwriting, and compliance, to design and implement product strategies.
Ensure all products comply with local regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
Monitor product performance and customer feedback, making data-driven recommendations for product enhancements or adjustments.
Prepare and present product proposals, business cases, and performance reports to senior management.
Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in life insurance product development within the Hong Kong market.
Strong knowledge of life insurance products, regulations, and market dynamics.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing life insurance products.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Proficiency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
