Job Description:
They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Account Control/Accounts Payable team as a Manager or Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Account Control/Accounts Payable team.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable transactions.
- Monitor and control account reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Provide leadership, training, and support to team members.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable, account control, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
