Job Description: Job description - Support the Wealth and Pensions - Product Proposition team in producing marketing materials, updating website, managing budget and resources, and managing team administrative tasks.
Responsibilities Marketing Material Production - Produce MPF & ORSO marketing materials on a monthly and quarterly basis, including fund factsheets and performance reports, market investment insights' reports, and sales toolkits.
- Update MPF & ORSO marketing materials onto the website
- Coordinate the issuance of loyalty club event letters and vouchers with internal and external parties
- Work closely with internal and external parties to coordinate and ensure smooth, good execution of the marketing materials
- Maintain good documentation and database of completed materials
- Handle ad hoc marketing-related projects assigned by team lead
- Support PRP process with compliance and legal
Budget and Resource Management - Support budget tracking, expense monitoring and cost tracking documenting
- Input purchase request and process invoice
- Assist in preparing budget reports
- Support TPRM and procurement processes
Team Administrative Management - Coordinate team meetings and maintain team calendars
- Support team communication and correspondence
Preferred skills - Excellent language and writing skills in both English and Traditional Chinese. Good language and writing skills in Simplified Chinese is a definite advantage.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Chinese word processing

- In-depth knowledge of MPF pensions and group health benefits market is a definite advantage
- Good analysis and problem-solving skills
Qualifications - University graduate in marketing, communications, and/or related fields preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, or related field in financial, pensions, and/or insurance sectors. More experienced candidate will be considered as Senior Officer.
