Analyst/ Associate – Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with team and service providers to ensure clients requests, respond to, and satisfy customer needs in a timely and professional manner.
2. Maintain current distribution channels and existing investors for investment products managed by CMBIAM;
3. Manage all aspects of sales life cycle, coordinate client meetings, roadshows, initiate sales activities, prepare meeting materials, assist client onboarding, etc;
4. Identify business opportunities, collect market intelligence;
5. Provide support for regular administrative works of the department. 

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor or above degree in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines;
2. 2-6 years relevant work experience in client service, financial services or banking industries preferable;
3. Outstanding relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills;
4. Understanding of private equity funds and other types of alternative investment funds is preferred;
5. Able to adapt to fast changing environment, organized and detailed-oriented. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in dealings with investors and team;
6. Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
7. Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin), Cantonese would be valuable.
