Responsibilities - Develop and execute initaitives to strengthen international Treasures proposition
- Deliver acquisition campaigns through selected channels to drive Treasures customers intake
- Develop effective communication plan to engage new to bank international Treasures customer to facilitate engagement and product take up
- Support regional driven projects to strengthen international corridors
- Assist the team to complete customers offer fulfillment
- Create dashboard through qliksense or excel to facilitate management reporting
Accountabilities - Be the core member to own and develop international Treasures proposition
- Assist in formulating and developing marketing, campaigns and communications to drive international Treasures customesr growth
- Review and examine campaigns/programs efficiency
- Provide regular updates on key competitors' marketing and segment campaigns
- Liaise with related business unites, branches and channels to ensure all marketing campaigns and initiatives are properly deployed
- Establish effective relationship and ensure smooth communication with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure smooth implementation of marketing campaigns; operations, workflows and processes are effective, and adhere to compliance with internal and external guidelinee
Requirements - Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing or other related discipline
- Sound knowledge in Consumer Banking Business
- Can-do attitude, self-motivated, result-driven and able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
- Willing to take up any new and ad-hoc tasks that assigned anytime
- Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinsese
- Conversant with PC application including MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- At least 3 to 5 years of solid working experience in banking or financial industry, preferrable in Affluent/Mass Segment Management, and/or Product Marketing
