About the Role: Our client, a prominent Wealthy Family Office, is seeking a Fund Operations Manager to join its Crypto Asset Investment Division.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end operations of crypto funds, including share registry management, NAV calculation, subscription/redemption processing, and on-chain transaction reconciliation.
Develop and implement digital asset custody solutions, coordinating workflows across custodians, exchanges, and audit partners.
Monitor on-chain fund flows, conduct smart contract audits, and execute cross-chain asset settlements.
Generate customized digital asset portfolio reports and conduct performance attribution analysis.

Requirements:

3-5+ years of fund operations experience, with at least 1 year focused on crypto assets.
Working knowledge of Cayman Islands SPC structures and VASP regulatory frameworks.
Professional proficiency in English & Mandarin.
