To cope with our business growth, we are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join us as Relationship Manager in Financial Institutions Department.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop business relationship with Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions, and manage the client portfolio to maximize the revenue growth
  • Conduct KYC and AML review to ensure full compliance with the regulation set by authority and ensure the continuity of the business for the Bank for both new onboarding and periodic review
  • Conduct calls and visits to prospects/clients to market liquidity solution (working capital financing, deposit/CASA, Treasury & Markets, etc), cross-selling debt capital market, transaction banking, etc.
  • Prepare thorough financial analysis and credit proposals in accordance to the Banks guideline
  • Collaborate closely with business partners such as product sales and internal functional units such as operations, legal and compliance, risk, etc to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients
  • Assist Department Head in daily business acquisition/administration of the department

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Finance or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of credit and marketing experience in Financial Institutions sector
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) with strong presentation skills
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • A proven track record in relationship building and sale marketing process with Financial Institutions / Non-Bank Financial Institutions clients
  • Strong banking product knowledge including deposit, treasury, capital markets and Non-Bank Financial Institutions lending products
  • Solid credit analytical analysis and risk management skills
  • A self-starter, team player, multi-tasking and is passionate about the start-up business
  • HKMA license (Type 1 & 4) holder preferred
