Job Responsibilities: Support the Group CFO and the Finance team in managing the shareholder and investor relationship Enhance communication, maintain the IR database and preapre events for Group's interim and annual results announcement Organise investor programs including regular IR meetings and small group meetings, day-to-day enquiries and other ad hoc IR event Perform a comprehensive competitor analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation Handle and respond promptly on investor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Group CFO and the Finance team in managing the shareholder and investor relationship
  • Enhance communication, maintain the IR database and preapre events for Group's interim and annual results announcement
  • Organise investor programs including regular IR meetings and small group meetings, day-to-day enquiries and other ad hoc IR event
  • Perform a comprehensive competitor analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation
  • Handle and respond promptly on investors' enquiries



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • CPA or CFA; Equity research, Merger and acquisition experience preferred but not a must
  • 5-8 years of solid experience in investor relations or related field
  • Excellent written and communication skills and fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders and present effectively and confidently
  • Must uphold the highest level of professionalism, as well as confidentiality
  • Occsional travelling is required
