Our client is looking for an RPA Developer with expertise in UiPath to design, develop, and support automation solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. This role will involve working on innovation projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving process automation initiatives that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support innovation projects and platforms, including UiPath-based Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
  • Collect and analyze user and system requirements, conducting detailed design and architecture planning.
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore vendors, developers, and users to design and implement technical solutions.
  • Evaluate system specifications, technical procedures, and documentation to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Identify potential challenges, assess risks, and develop contingency plans to mitigate business disruptions.
  • Design RPA solutions that are fit for business purposes, ensuring efficiency and scalability.


Must-Have Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in UiPath development and automation workflows.
  • Strong understanding of RPA architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code for application deployment.
  • Expertise in end-to-end testing and debugging to optimize automation performance.
  • Ability to automate web-based and mainframe applications.


Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., AppDynamics).
  • Hands-on experience in JIRA setup and issue tracking.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow.
  • Exposure to other RPA tools like Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere.
