Our client, a prestigious global insurance company with a strong presence in the APAC region, is expanding its Hong Kong business.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct and facilitate impactful training sessions for diverse audiences, ensuring alignment with the company's KPIs. Etc. classroom, virtual training, and eLearning production.
- Partner with other departments and the agency force to ensure smooth coordination of training activities.
- Develop and experiment with new training theories, and prepare detailed trainer's guides.
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs on participants and follow up on their application of learned skills.
- Assist in the formulation of long-term plans, training structures, policies, programs, services, and practices to fulfill the training mission.
- Compile and submit regular reports on training activities to management
- Participate in the complete process of eLearning production
Requirements:
- University or college graduate with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong sense of course development, design, and evaluation.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably native in Putonghua.
- Passes in IIQE Paper 1, 3, and 5, preferably with qualifications in FLMI and CFP.
