Role Responsibilities:

  • Create intuitive and engaging user experiences that enhance customer interaction across various digital platforms.
  • Develop email campaigns, EDMs, and leaflets that effectively communicate product offerings and promotional messages.
  • Analyze customer feedback and journey data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in customer experience.
  • Lead design initiatives that shape the overall customer experience journey, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all customer touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in the insurance sector is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years in customer journey design or related fields is required.
  • Proficiency in design tools and methodologies, with a solid portfolio demonstrating graphic design or UX/UI work.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and feedback to inform design decisions and enhance the customer journey.
