Associate, Alternative Investment Compliance

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Provide expert guidance on regulatory developments and their implications for the firms investment strategies and operations.
• Collaborate with investment teams to assess compliance risks associated with new products, transactions, and investment strategies.
• Lead and manage compliance training initiatives for staff across various levels, promoting a culture of compliance within the organization.
• Support the reporting and escalating compliance issues to senior management and the Board of Directors.
• Monitor and analyse compliance-related data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in finance, law, business, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in compliance, preferably within the alternative asset management industry or regulatory body
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
