VP - Crypto Treasury and OTC Trading

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize treasury operations, focusing on liquidity management for a centralized crypto exchange.
• Oversee OTC trading activities, ensuring efficient execution and settlement of trades.
• Develop and implement strategies for derivatives hedging to mitigate financial risks.
• Monitor market trends and analyze liquidity requirements to support trading operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiencies and reporting processes.
• Prepare detailed reports on treasury performance, liquidity positions, and trading activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in treasury operations, liquidity management, or OTC trading.
• Strong understanding of derivatives and hedging strategies.
• Proficient in financial modeling and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and related financial instruments is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CTP) are preferred but not necessary.
