A leading Property Investment Management Company is looking for an Assistant Finance Manager.
Your new role
- Prepare the annual budget and rolling forecasts
- Manage the financial reporting, analysis, and accounting for real estate assets
- Prepare balance sheet and cash flow statements
- Assist in business model proposals, highlighting risks and opportunities
- Managing annual audit and assisting with tax related tasks
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree holder in Accounting and Finance with relevant professional qualification (e.g. CPA, HKICPA, ACCA)
- Attention to detail
- Experience in property accounting
