WPB Credit and Financial Crime Risk Control - Credit Control Services
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Collections Officer (Debt Collection).
Principal responsibilities
  • Handle debt collection cases and apply devised recovery strategies to maximize recovery, protect the Bank from potential losses, and improve profitability
  • Perform daily operations on debt collection with external debt collection agencies
  • Provide administrative supports including invoice settlement, account maintenance and documents archive, etc.
  • Assist in compiling MIS reports and performing UAT on system enhancement and development
  • Handle customer complaint and branch enquiry on the debt collection matters
Requirements
  • University degree / Diploma in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
  • With banking experience, preferably with exposure to debt collection operations
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of PC application software such as MS Word, Excel and Access
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua and advantage
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
