The objective of this position is to support the global HR Operations in the Employee Services Hub (ESH) and Group Compensation and Benefits function including but not limited to below:
Job Responsibilities - Manage a variety of the global HR Operations processes in the Global Employee Services Hub supporting APAC, EMEA and US
- Work as a Subject Matter Expert in managing the ESH Global Talent Acquisition Operations
- Responsible to compile the regular HR reports required by internal stakeholders including headcount, annual leave and TA reports etc.
- Work closely with Compensation and Benefit team to support the day-to-day operations as required
- Support the Year End process including the annual performance and pay review cycle
- Partner with relevant stakeholders to identify opportunities on HR process optimization and automation
- Be the backup of the HKHR operations and perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
- Opportunity to participate and work in the global HR projects
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or business-related disciplines
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in HR with expertise on HR Operations and C&B preferably in multinational companies
- Excellent numerical aptitude with meticulous attention to detail
- Proactive, responsible, well-organized and hardworking team player with good communication skill
- High proficiency in MS Office and master in Excel skills Proficiency in Google Suite applications (e.g. Google Sheets) is considered an added advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
