Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor branch staff to accomplish business goals and operational targets.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient processes for account opening, maintenance, and adherence to KYC regulations.
- Manage remittance procedures and cash management services, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct staff performance assessments and provide guidance, fostering a culture of continuous development and excellence.
- Collaborate with the branch manager to develop and execute strategies that improve service delivery and operational effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the banking sector, particularly in account management, customer services, remittance, and cash handling.
- Prior experience in a managerial position or with multi-banking operational functions is essential.
