Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technical resources onshore and offshore to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate development efforts and system integrations, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Drive stakeholder engagement to gather and refine user requirements, ensuring these are accurately translated into technical specifications.
- Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong background in managing technical resources for development and system integration projects.
- Experience with pension-related systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
