Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee cybersecurity incidents, ensuring effective detection, response, and resolution.
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies and procedures to safeguard company assets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance IT security controls and prevent cyber threats.
  • Continuously monitor security systems and processes to detect vulnerabilities and respond proactively.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders, providing clear communication of security issues and solutions.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Develop cybersecurity awareness programmes and training initiatives for employees.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity management within the Finance industry.
  • Strong background in managing cyber incidents and handling daily security operations effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of information security principles, risk management, and compliance requirements.
  • Sound technical expertise in security technologies, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in security frameworks, standards, and industry best practices.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent would be advantageous.
