Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support, including advising on function usage and handling inquiries from the operational team or business units.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and work with system developers to resolve any issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define user requirements.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to determine the feasibility of new features.
- Assist in evaluating new technologies and features for the digital platform.
- Develop, clarify, and validate functional requirement documentation.
- Work with system developers to devise solutions or workarounds for any problems.
Requirements:
- Strong experience and comprehensive knowledge in the logistics/ freight forwarding/ booking system industry are highly advantageous.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Logistics, Project Management, IT, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT or digitalization projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Cargowise system will be a huge PLUS
- Project management experience is highly advantageous.
- Business-minded, performance-driven, and detail- & results-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented and detail-focused mindset.
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior Business Analyst position.
