Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth research and analysis to deeply understand the needs, preferences and pain points of Treasures customers. Leverage data and customer insights to identify opportunities to enhance the customer value proposition.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer experience teams to design innovative solutions that address the evolving needs of Treasures customers. This includes developing new products, enhancing existing offerings, and optimizing the customer journey.
- Drive the implementation of the Treasures customer value proposition across all touchpoints. Ensure seamless integration and consistent delivery of the value proposition through branches, relationship managers, digital channels and other customer interactions.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the Treasures customer value proposition. Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven enhancements to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty and business growth.
- Partner with the Treasures segment leadership to develop the strategic roadmap and execute initiatives that strengthen the bank's position as the preferred wealth management provider for affluent customers.
- Represent the Treasures segment in cross-functional projects and collaborate with stakeholders across the bank to ensure alignment and seamless delivery of the customer value proposition.
Requirements: - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in wealth management, retail banking or a related field
- Strong understanding of the affluent customer segment and their evolving needs
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful customer value propositions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from data
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Associate
