Overview
An international corporate bank is seeking to hire a Executive Director - Cash Management Product Manager, Transaction Banking to be responsible for the management, planning and development of Payables and Receivables cash management product & services for Transaction Banking customers.
Role Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the Cash Management product P&L and business drivers such as transaction volumes, revenue/cost ratios, funding cost etc) to achieve product profitability and growth
- Perform customer needs analysis and decline product solutions / capabilities. Perform competitive analysis and market sizing/product/market analysis.
- Develop and maintain standard product pricing policies.
- Coordinate in-country product development requirements with Head Office Product Management team, as well as participate in requirement specifications and rollout of global products.
- Ensure product solutions are aligned with regulatory requirements and maintain product approval programs and memorandums, and making sure of end-to-end integrity of solutions
- Address day to day business process matters such as technical support, operational issues, client servicing support, legal documentation etc.
- Work with Group Product Management to participate in Business Requirement Documentation, Functional Specification Review and User Acceptance Testing for any core enhancements or in country cash related system and functional rollout/enhancement.
- Monitor evolving client needs and package solution and services to meet those needs.
- Support pre-sales activities and participate in Request for Information/Proposals (RFI/RFP) where needed.
- Create product awareness and conduct training programs for sales and customer support.
Requirements
- 15+ years of working experience in cash product management, especially for Greater China region.
- In-depth knowledge of local/cross-border payments and market standards
- Knowledge on FPS, ISO20022 and market standards will be an advantage.
- Exposure to online banking, API and Host-to-Host will be a plus.
- A highly motivated self starter with strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation and organization skill.
- Strong Academics from a reputable University
- A team player and self-starter with strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills with good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
