Our client, a global investment firm is seeking a Finance Analyst to join their Hong Kong office, supporting the Corporate Accounting team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial accounts for Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Japan entities.
  • Oversee accounts payable, credit cards, and expense reimbursements.
  • Conduct reconciliations, FX revaluations, and financial controls.
  • Prepare internal financial statements, variance analyses, and regulatory filings.
  • Ensure compliance with SFC capital requirements and monthly FRR.
  • Support audit processes and financial system enhancements.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5–6 years experience in asset management, financial services, or public accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (CPA preferred).
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial systems (PowerBI, SQL, VBA a plus).
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and strong team player.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
