They are seeking an IT Business Analyst to join their operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and executing business analysis activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the implementation of IT solutions to meet organizational goals.
This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for driving IT solutions in a dynamic, global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute technical and business projects involving multiple stakeholders, developing analyses to support process and project enhancements.
- Review and assess requests from various departments and value streams to identify business needs.
- Facilitate discussions and build consensus among stakeholders and IT development teams.
- Gather user requirements, conduct impact analysis, and propose and document end-to-end solutions.
- Define test strategies, create test plans, and oversee testing teams to ensure deliverables align with business objectives.
- Deliver systems training to business users to ensure effective adoption.
- Investigate and resolve system and project-related issues.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- In-depth knowledge of individual insurance products, operations, and processes.
- Proven experience in enhancing policy administration systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility with working hours.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a disciplined approach to project scheduling.
- Ability to clearly articulate business processes and ideas both verbally and in written English.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) and a solid understanding of SQL.
