Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the daily maintenance and support of the OA system, promptly responding to user feedback and resolving system issues.
  2. Manage and drive IT projects within Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  3. Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) to ensure team efficiency.
  4. Manage Product Backlog, prioritize requirements, and ensure the team focuses on high-value tasks.
  5. Develop project plans, define objectives, scope, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure projects stay on track.
  6. Identify and manage project risks, resolve issues promptly, and ensure smooth project execution.
  7. Monitor project progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery.
  8. Manage project quality to ensure deliverables meet business requirements and expected standards.
  9. Drive continuous improvement within the team, optimizing workflows and project management practices through retrospectives.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering Management, or related fields preferred.
  • 3+ years of IT project management experience, with Agile project management experience preferred.  
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and DevOps practices. Strong collaboration skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to drive cross-departmental collaboration and resolve conflicts.
  • Strong risk management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive projects forward in complex environments.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
