Head of AI

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the AI strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals.
• Ecosystem Development: Build and manage a robust AI ecosystem that includes data infrastructure, tools, and platforms.
• World Model Creation: Lead the design and implementation of the enterprise's first world model, ensuring it captures critical business processes and decision-making frameworks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to identify AI opportunities and implement solutions that drive value.
• Research and Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, leading research initiatives to explore new technologies and methodologies.
• Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performing AI team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate AI strategies and progress to stakeholders, including executives and board members.

Qualifications:

• Education: Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, with a proven track record of leadership roles.
• Technical Skills: Strong expertise in AI methodologies, machine learning algorithms, and data engineering.
• Project Management: Experience managing large-scale AI projects from conception to implementation.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
