Job summary
We are seeking a motivated Trainee with 0 to 1 year of experience in Regulatory Business Analysis and Business Analysis & Planning. The ideal candidate will work from our office during day shifts and should be a native Cantonese speaker with proficiency in English. Responsibilities
Assist in the analysis and interpretation of regulatory requirements to ensure compliance. Support the development and implementation of business analysis and planning strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve business processes. Participate in the preparation of regulatory reports and documentation. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth. Assist in the creation of project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of objectives. Monitor and track project progress identifying and addressing any issues that arise. Support the development of training materials and presentations for internal stakeholders. Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis methodologies and tools. Ensure accurate and timely communication of project updates to relevant stakeholders. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the project. Qualifications Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both Cantonese and English. Show proficiency in regulatory business analysis and business planning techniques. Exhibit strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Certifications Required
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification preferred.
