We seek a confident and self-motivated individual to join our rapidly expanding team in Hong Kong. You will require a strong and well-rounded knowledge of KYC/AML onboarding and have experience completing end-to-end KYC processes. Responsibilities - Responsible for onboarding entities in line with the applicable AML policy requirements
- Prioritise the onboarding of new entities in conjunction with ongoing projects within the team
- Providing input into the improvements of all processes in the business; a real opportunity to continue to shape the KYC/AML process
- Participate in the ongoing enhancements to the existing system and the build out of the future workflow tool
Key Skills/Experience - Bachelor's degree
- Ideal candidate to possess a minimum of 3 years of AML experience in trust services, law, banking, asset management or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable time-management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively manage priorities while balancing competing demands and tight deadlines
- In-depth and comprehensive knowledge of KYC and AML, in particular onboarding entities from a wide range of jurisdictions and risk considerations
- Up to date and comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements - specific experience in complying with regulations applicable to TCSP licensees preferred but not essential
- A strong understanding of different complex corporate entity types
- Ability to identify red flags and issues and escalate these accordingly
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationship both internally and externally
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and being responsive to client demands
- Outgoing personality and ability to deal directly with a variety of clients in a purposeful and constructive manner
- Highly organised with a "can do" attitude
